The ‘combat birds’ fleet will be expanded with new models

The Ministry of Defence has codified and adopted the domestically produced BATON unmanned aerial systems for deployment within the units of the Defence Forces of Ukraine. This was reported by the MoD’s Main Directorate for Support of the Life Cycle of Weapons and Military Equipment.   

BATON drones are designed with military requirements in mind, prioritizing simplicity and ease of use in challenging environments. The design of BATON drones incorporates frames of various sizes. 

These systems ‘combat birds’ can operate in various weather conditions, including extreme cold and heat. The drones feature excellent dynamic characteristics. They are capable of chasing down and eliminating enemy targets at high velocity.
