INFORMATION ON WEBSITE ACCESSIBILITY FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES
During the development of this site, we made significant efforts to ensure it complies with international accessibility standards. The site was designed taking into account the requirements and recommendations outlined in the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1), which form the basis for national accessibility standards in the United States and European countries. WCAG compiles criteria and recommendations that help make a site convenient and accessible for users with special needs.
In the process of developing the site, we adhered to Level A and AA accessibility requirements. Meeting these criteria is evidence that the site largely complies with accessibility requirements used worldwide. We have been successful in this process and have fully or partially satisfied the requirements of most of these criteria. The process of implementing accessibility on this site is ongoing. Below are the identified difficulties that our team is working to eliminate. We appreciate your understanding.
Unavailable elements:
The buttons for removing tag filters on the "News" page cannot be focused using the keyboard.
The "Online Help" chatbot contains elements that are inaccessible via keyboard. However, since the chatbot is an integrated software solution, we are unfortunately not responsible for its accessibility. The developer has already been notified about these issues.
Partially accessible elements:
On certain pages, we are improving the heading structure. Some elements lack appropriate labels in the code for screen reader users—for example, the Forward and Back buttons in the carousel on the main page—and some labels are provided in a foreign language, such as links to social networks. Focus indicators for some elements are missing or do not meet standard requirements.
