The Ministry of Defence hotline is a convenient tool for citizens to make inquiries on matters within the Ministry's competence.

By calling this number, you'll receive information and consultations on current laws, regulations, and possible solutions to your inquiry. All services are provided in Ukrainian.

All phone calls are recorded and registered to improve the quality of citizen appeals processing.

If you have hearing impairment, you can submit an inquiry to the Ministry of Defence hotline through a video call using sign language.

You can also use brigade hotline numbers for direct contact with specific units.

Important! Inquiries regarding informational or consultative questions are handled directly during the phone conversation. If your inquiry requires additional processing, a response will be provided within the timeframe established by law, either in written form or through a follow-up call from the relevant department.
