Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine

Yevhen Moisiuk was born in 1979 in Chernivtsi.
Education:
    •    2000 — graduated from the Odessa Institute of Land Forces.
    •    2011 — graduated from the National Defense University of Ukraine (operational-strategic level).

Since 2000 — served in various positions in the Air Assault Forces.
In 2008–2009 — was the head of the operational department of the headquarters of the National Contingent of the Ukrainian Peacekeeping Contingent in Kosovo.
In 2014–2018 — commander of a separate airmobile brigade of the Highly Mobile Airborne Troops of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
From 2018 to 2019 — First Deputy Commander of the Air Assault Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
From 2019 to 2021 — Commander of the Air Assault Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
From 2021 to 2024 — Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
From 2024 to 2025 — Special Representative of the President of Ukraine on the implementation of international security guarantees and the development of the Defense Forces of Ukraine.
