Maksym Malashkin was born in Vinnytsia, Ukraine.
Education
- 2004: Interregional Academy of Personnel Management; degree in Law.
- 2019: Lviv Regional Institute of Public Administration of the National Academy for Public Administration under the President of Ukraine; Master’s degree in Public Administration and Management.
- 2020: Lviv Polytechnic National University; Master’s degree in Electric Power Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Electromechanics.
Professional Experience
- 2004–2006: District Office of the Pension Fund of Ukraine, Zamostianskyi District, Vinnytsia.
- 2006–2014: Vinnytsia City Council.
- 2014–2017: Ministry of Regional Development, Construction, Housing and Utilities of Ukraine; Director of the Department for Regulatory and Legal Framework, subsequently Deputy Minister – Head of Staff.
- 2017: Ministry of Regional Development, Construction, Housing and Utilities of Ukraine; State Secretary.
- 2018–2020: State Inspectorate for Energy Supervision of Ukraine; Head.
- 2020–2021: Institute of Innovative Education of the Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture; Deputy Director for Academic and Research Affairs, International Relations, and Distance Learning.
