Our defenders, who risk their lives, must be assured that their needs matter and their families will not be left to face challenges alone,” said Deputy Minister of Defence of Ukraine, Brigadier General of Justice Serhii Melnyk, during an online meeting with brigade commanders whose representatives will participate in the pilot project.
The training program covers the following aspects:
- Legal support and the fundamentals of psychological assistance;
- Medical support;
- Social support during rehabilitation following wounding;
- Providing support to families of fallen, missing, and captured service members.
Training sessions on exchanging experiences with existing (volunteer) structures are also planned.
