Ministry of Defence fully digitizes UAV supply for the Armed Forces of Ukraine via DOT-Chain Arsenal

The Defence Procurement Agency DOT of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine has completed the full digitalization of UAV supply to the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The transformation was enabled by the implementation of DOT-Chain Arsenal, a centralized system for managing operational-level supply, ensuring rapid and transparent resource distribution and real-time monitoring.

At a later stage, the system will encompass the supply of ammunition, electronic warfare (EW) assets, ground-based vehicles and equipment, clothing and gear, and fuel and lubricants.

The system functions at the operational level of supply, covering the stage at which finished products are delivered to the military. It automates interaction with suppliers and enables the collection of high-quality data to improve the efficiency and manageability of supply processes.

“Digital tools allow the state to track the movement of supplies in real time—from manufacturers to logistics warehouses. This improves process oversight and supports decision-making based on reliable data. What once required thousands of paper documents is now handled by a system that delivers a full picture of supply within seconds. This is critical to ensuring the timely provision of all essential items to the military,” noted Arsen Zhumadilov, Director of the Defence Procurement Agency DOT of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine.

Particular attention has been placed on cybersecurity. DOT-Chain features a comprehensive information security system developed in accordance with the U.S. National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Cybersecurity Framework (CSF) 2.0. The system’s developer, DOT, has also been assessed for compliance with the international information security standard ISO 27001.
