Digitalization and transparency: The MoD Partner platform received over 900 requests and applications from January to May
The Ministry of Defence of Ukraine continues to adopt modern digital tools to enhance cooperation with businesses. From January to May 2025, the Partner MoD portal received 901 applications and requests from suppliers of non-lethal assets.
The highest number of inquiries—419 applications—pertained to compliance certification, with 183 concluding in approved certificates. This reflects strong engagement from market participants and the efficiency of digital procedures.
Additionally, the following were submitted via the portal:
- 56 applications for military research trials;
- 29 applications for the transfer of a reference sample;
- 134 requests for clarification;
- 263 requests for working meetings with the Technical Committee of the MoD’s Central Directorate for Logistics Support Development.
The use of the MoD Partner portal ensures maximum transparency, open feedback, and the prompt processing of requests. This is another step toward the digitalization of the defense sector, in line with the principles of democratic oversight and partnership.
The Ministry of Defence will continue to enhance digital services to build an efficient, transparent, and technologically advanced system for supplying the Armed Forces of Ukraine with everything they need.
The MoD Partner platform was created to digitalize processes and facilitate interaction with suppliers of non-lethal assets for the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The primary goal is to establish effective communication between the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine and manufacturers (suppliers) while ensuring maximum transparency in the procurement processes.
