Army+ launches a survey on the quality of medical services in military hospitals
A new survey assessing the quality of medical services in military hospitals and civilian medical facilities has been launched in the Army+ app for service members. Its purpose is to collect systematic feedback from those who have undergone treatment, military medical commission procedures, or rehabilitation, and to support decision-making aimed at improving the performance of medical institutions.
The survey addresses key aspects of medical care: the accessibility of services, the performance and communication of medical personnel, the conditions of stay, the availability of equipment and medicines, and the convenience of scheduling appointments and obtaining referrals.
The questionnaire was developed in collaboration with specialists from the Healthcare Department of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine, the Command of the Medical Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and the ‘Pryncyp’ Human Rights Center for Military Personnel and Veterans. Its purpose is to obtain an objective picture of how military hospitals and civilian medical facilities operate across the country.
The questionnaire is available in the ‘Surveys’ section of the Army+ app. Responses will be collected from 11 to 23 December 2025. The survey is open to service members who have received medical services in military hospitals or civilian facilities.
It is conducted anonymously. The results will be consolidated into an analytical report and used to improve medical care for service members.
Army+ has already proven to be a fast and effective tool for collecting feedback from service members. Based on the feedback from previous surveys, several changes have already been implemented: the multi-signature feature for commanders has been launched, and a new Head of the Hetman Petro Sahaidachnyi National Army Academy has been appointed.
