Total russian military losses on July 8, 2026: 1,310 personnel, 1,843 UAVs, and 59 artillery systems.

According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the estimated total russian war losses from 24.02.22 to 09.07.26 inclusive are as follows

Personnel:

  • approximately 1 414 820 (+1 310) persons.

Armored vehicles and automotive equipment:

  • tanks ‒ 12 107 (+7);
  • armored fighting vehicles ‒ 24 906 (+3);
  • special equipment ‒ 4 402 (+4);
  • vehicles and fuel tanks ‒ 117 910 (+363);
  • unmanned ground vehicles ‒ 1 857 (+4).

Artillery and air defense assets:

  • artillery systems ‒ 45 628 (+59);
  • MLRS ‒ 1 922 (+4);
  • air defense assets ‒ 1 479 (+1).

Air targets:

  • aircraft ‒ 437 (+1);
  • helicopters ‒ 353;
  • UAVs (operational-tactical level) ‒ 398 763 (+1 843);
  • cruise missiles ‒ 4 887.

Naval assets:

  • warships and boats ‒ 33;
  • submarines ‒ 2.
