Through DOT-Chain Defence, the military will be receiving ground robotic systems under the ‘Army of Drones Bonus’ program

The Ministry of Defence’s Defence Procurement Agency (DPA) has signed contracts with manufacturers of ground robotic systems (GRS) to supply the Defence Forces under the ‘Army of Drones Bonus’ program.

From now on, the military will be able to exchange combat points earned for destroying or damaging enemy targets to independently choose the required systems in the Brave1 Market and promptly receive them through DOT-Chain Defence.

Since August, a total of 71,000 units of equipment — including various types of drones and electronic warfare (EW) systems — have been delivered to the military through DOT-Chain Defence under the ‘Army of Drones Bonus’ program, amounting to UAH 2.8 billion.

Reference information: The new model of the ‘Army of Drones Bonus’ program was launched in August, based on the integration of the DELTA IT system, DOT-Chain Defence, and Brave1 Market. It functions as follows:

  • Service members earn points for destroying and damaging enemy targets, and exchange them for the drones and equipment they need to accomplish combat missions — through Brave1 Market, following authorization in DELTA.
  • Supply is managed by the Defence Procurement Agency (DPA) through the DOT-Chain Defence digital system.
