The Reserve+ application has introduced a new recruitment feature designed to assist Ukrainians in discovering the most suitable positions within the Armed Forces from various choices. With the collaboration of Lobby X, the service offers the most comprehensive list of open positions in the Defence Forces, surpassing 4 000 and expanding continuously.

Reserve+ is evolving into an ecosystem of services for individuals subject to military service. It helps them to resolve their challenges in a matter of clicks. It allows them to directly join a preferred brigade and find a role where they can effectively apply their knowledge and skills. This marks the debut version of the service, which we intend to refine progressively. For this reason, we welcome any feedback that users,” said Deputy Minister of Defence Kateryna Chernohorenko.

Reserve+ helps users select positions that best match their experience and preferences. To find an open position, candidates must undergo a short test covering military training, their expertise, and other relevant topics.

“Based on this information and the selected skills, the system will individually select the best options based on the principle of 'With your knowledge, you're in the right place',” Chernohorenko added. 

The application describes the open positions, including information about the brigades, their command, achievements, and media coverage. With a user-friendly and intuitive interface, decision-making can be done swiftly. To do so, you will need to click the "plus" button to keep the offer for later consideration, or click the "minus" button to dismiss it.

The updated version of Reserve+ featuring the recruitment service can now be downloaded from App Store and Play Market.
