Last week, 717 Ukrainians reached out to the Ukrainian Army's Recruitment Centers

Last week, 717 citizens contacted the Ukrainian Army's Recruitment Centers with inquiries about enlisting in military service. Since their establishment, the centers have provided consultations to a total of 32,736 individuals. By January 2025, a total of 7,329 individuals from this number had become candidates for the Defence Forces.

“Despite the New Year holidays, citizens actively visited Recruitment Centers to gather information about the conditions for enlistment. Currently, the nationwide network of Recruitment Centers offers over 10,000 vacancies across various components of the Defence Forces. This provides everyone who wishes to join the Defence Forces with the opportunity to choose a specialty that best matches their professional abilities and skills,” said Deputy Minister of Defence of Ukraine, Brigadier General of Justice Serhii Melnyk.

Currently, 47 Recruitment Centers of the Ukrainian Army are operating in Ukraine. Throughout the year, the highest activity was demonstrated by residents of Dnipropetrovsk, Kharkiv, Lviv, and Zaporizhzhia oblasts (regions), as well as the city of Kyiv.

Please note that Recruitment Centers do not issue call-up papers, and all consultations are conducted with strict adherence to confidentiality.
