How to log in to Army+ and access the app: step-by-step guide from the Ministry of Defence

The Army+ mobile application, developed by the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine for service members, is accessed daily by thousands of users. The total number of service members with authorized access to the app is approximately 800,000. Nonetheless, there are still cases when defenders are unable to log in to Army+.
The primary reason for login issues is that the Territorial Recruitment and Social Support Center (enlistment office) may not have updated your data, leaving your status as ‘Individual liable for military service.’ This blocks authorization. The good news is that there is no need to visit the enlistment office in person.

This guide resolves 80% of unsuccessful login attempts. Please share it with fellow service members who are having issues logging in.
Please note: if a service member has been in service for less than two months, the methods below may not successfully update their data.
Option 1: Access the Reserve+ app and submit a request to correct your data.
Go to the main screen, tap “Меню” (“Menu”), then select “Виправити дані онлайн” (“Correct Data Online”) and choose “Я вже військовий” (“I Am Already a Service Member”). Complete the form and submit your request.
Important note: Please select the exact enlistment office through which you were mobilized. If you enlisted directly with a military unit rather than through an enlistment office, please select the enlistment office based on your place of registration.
The request will be processed within 24 hours. After that, log in to Reserve+. Your military electronic document should display a gray ribbon with the text “Знято” (“Deregistered”), with the reason for deregistration stating “service member.” You can then try logging into Army+ again.

Option 2: Uninstall and reinstall the Army+ app, then submit a request to correct your data.
You can use this method if the previous one with Reserve+ did not work or if you see the ‘Немає доступних категорій’ (‘No Available Categories’) screen when trying to correct data online in Reserve+. In this case, when logging into Army+, select “Я точно чинний військовий” (“I Am an Active Service Member”) and complete the form.
Important note: Similarly to the method involving Reserve+, please select the exact enlistment office through which you were mobilized. If you enlisted directly with a military unit rather than through an enlistment office, please select the enlistment office based on your place of registration.
The request will be processed within 48 hours. After that, log in to Army+. If nothing has changed, withdraw the request and resubmit it.

Option 3: Submit a request to the military unit’s Personnel Office.
Use this option if the two aforementioned methods involving Reserve+ and Army+ were unsuccessful. Contact your unit’s Personnel Office and request a service member list to update the data. They should send it through the Electronic Document Management System (СЕДО) to your enlistment office. The request form can be found here.
