Commanders at all levels are urged to immediately verify all Starlink terminals used for defense

The Ministry of Defence of Ukraine urges commanders at all levels to urgently organize verification of Starlink terminals to ensure uninterrupted and stable communications.

It is now critically important to verify all terminals used for defense purposes. To do this, service members must submit all Starlink terminal numbers via DELTA to the whitelist.

It should also be noted that service members are not required to place their personal Starlink terminals on a military unit’s balance sheet or provide account credentials. Adding the Starlink terminal to the whitelist is sufficient to ensure continued operation after blocking.

The process will later be adjusted to allow real-time submission of terminal registration data.

The Ministry of Defence has published guidance on completing Starlink verification to ensure terminals remain operational in Ukraine.
