Army+ to launch new feature enabling duty station changes between the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the National Guard of Ukraine
The Ministry of Defence is preparing to launch a new feature in the Army+ app that will allow service members to submit an electronic request report to change their duty station between the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the National Guard of Ukraine. This new procedure was established by a Government decision of October 1.
“There are many highly qualified specialists serving in the Ukrainian Armed Forces. “This new feature will expand the possibilities for service members to use their skills effectively, and for commanders to engage military and civilian expertise, thereby reinforcing their units with additional knowledge,” noted Oksana Ferchuk, Deputy Minister of Defence of Ukraine for Digital Development, Digital Transformation, and Digitalization.
The new functionality will be launched in Army+ in the near future, following the publication of the changes and the resolution's entry into force. The Ministry of Defence will issue an official notice about the launch of the new functionality via its official channels.
