Ukraine receives 10 mobile climate-controlled shelters from Denmark for storing aviation materiel

Denmark has provided Ukraine with 10 mobile climate-controlled shelters for storing aviation materiel that is sensitive to environmental conditions.
Benefits of the mobile shelters
The shelters are equipped with climate-control systems that maintain the required temperature and humidity. This enables the storage of, among other things, metrology equipment and individual aircraft components.
Mobile shelters also enhance the reliability of aviation materiel storage in wartime.
Maintaining proper storage conditions preserves the equipment's technical performance and extends its service life, helping ensure the continued operational readiness of the systems that defend Ukraine's skies.
How many mobile climate-controlled shelters does Ukraine have
The latest delivery has increased the total number of mobile climate-controlled shelters in Ukraine to 25. Another 15 are expected to be delivered by the end of the year, bringing the total to 40.
The Ministry of Defence of Ukraine expresses gratitude to Denmark for its support and contribution to the development of Ukraine's aviation infrastructure.
The mobile climate-controlled shelters were provided through the international Air Force Capability Coalition, which helps strengthen the protection of Ukraine's skies through the training of Ukrainian pilots and technicians, the provision of modern aircraft, and the development of airfield infrastructure and support services.
As previously reported, Sweden has delivered specialised equipment to Ukraine for the maintenance of military airfields.
