Ministry of Defence decisions informed by frontline combat experience
The meeting focused on command practices that help safeguard personnel, use available resources effectively, and achieve combat objectives.
Ministry of Defence decisions must reflect the experience of our warriors—those who carry out combat missions on the front line. The front is constantly evolving. Technologies, tactics, and strike assets are constantly changing. We must adapt faster and provide our warriors with modern, effective capabilities. But people are what matter most. People will always be the foundation and the greatest asset of the Defence Forces of Ukraine.
The Minister emphasized that the Ministry of Defence, the Commander-in-Chief, and the General Staff share the task of reducing losses among Ukrainian warriors while inflicting greater losses on the russian aggressor.

Scaling up effective command practices across combat units
Particular attention was paid to commanders' experience in developing effective solutions in challenging conditions. Such practices should be studied and scaled up across other units.

To this end, the Ministry of Defence maintains continuous direct contact with combat units. This helps the Ministry better understand their needs, supply situation, conditions for carrying out combat missions, and the factors that affect mission outcomes and strengthen defense capabilities.
