Total russian military losses on September 2, 2026: 1,320 personnel, 1,875 UAVs, and 69 artillery systems.

According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the estimated total russian war losses from 24.02.22 to 03.09.26 inclusive are as follows

Personnel:

  • approximately 1 492 350 (+1 320) persons.

Armored vehicles and automotive equipment:

  • tanks ‒ 12 324;
  • armored fighting vehicles ‒ 25 264 (+1);
  • special equipment ‒ 4 628 (+3);
  • vehicles and fuel tanks ‒ 143 150 (+435);
  • unmanned ground vehicles ‒ 2 476 (+12).

Artillery and air defense assets:

  • artillery systems ‒ 49 085 (+69);
  • MLRS ‒ 2 085 (+4);
  • air defense assets ‒ 1 600 (+2).

Air targets:

  • aircraft ‒ 441 (+1);
  • helicopters ‒ 355 (+1);
  • UAVs (operational-tactical level) ‒ 496 021 (+1 875);
  • cruise missiles ‒ 5 070.

Naval assets:

  • warships and boats ‒ 35;
  • submarines ‒ 2.
