According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the estimated total russian war losses from 24.02.22 to 16.10.2026 inclusive are as follows

Personnel:

• approximately 1 561 020 (+1 790) persons.

Armored vehicles and automotive equipment:

• tanks ‒ 12 414;
• armored fighting vehicles ‒ 25 552 (+15);
• special equipment ‒ 4 833 (+3);
• vehicles and fuel tanks ‒ 163 554 (+230);
• unmanned ground vehicles ‒ 2 958 (+3).

Artillery and air defense assets:

• artillery systems ‒ 51 242 (+9);
• MLRS ‒ 2 217 (+1);
• air defense assets ‒ 1 708 (+1).

Air targets:

• aircraft ‒ 449 (+6);
• helicopters ‒ 356;
• UAVs (operational-tactical level) ‒ 565 590 (+693);
• cruise missiles ‒ 5 130.

Naval assets:

• warships and boats ‒ 35;
• submarines ‒ 2.
