The Reserve+ app now allows users to track changes to their data in the Oberih register and access detailed information
The latest update to the Reserve+ app introduces new features, including tracking changes to users’ data in the Oberih register and accessing more detailed information. Additionally, new categories have been added for data correction requests.
Users can now generate a PDF document with detailed information about themselves from the Oberih register, helping them stay informed about what data is recorded. This can be done by tapping the three dots on the electronic military document and selecting the relevant section. The update also introduces push notifications informing users of any changes to their data in the Oberih register. At the first stage, notifications pertain to inclusion in and removal from the wanted list.
Furthermore, six new categories have been introduced to facilitate the correction of data inaccuracies:
- “Requires clarification” status. This pertains to instances where an individual’s details are present in the Oberih register, but these details are not linked to an enlistment office, requiring correction.
- Error in personal data. For instance, incorrect first name, surname, or date of birth.
- “Violation of military registration rules” status. This refers to cases where an individual has rectified a violation, yet the status still reflects the issue.
- “On record” status. This applies when an individual is to be removed or excluded from military service liability, such as after reaching the service age limit or joining the Defence Forces.
- Reservation data error. This refers to cases where a reservation exists but is not shown in the system, or there are mistakes in the data.
- Update of employment information. Allows updating employment information through the Pension Fund of Ukraine's register.
“These new features expand the range of issues that can be resolved through the app. We continue to enhance Reserve+ as a user-friendly ecosystem for individuals liable for military service, enabling them to resolve issues without having to visit an enlistment office and wait in queues,” said Kateryna Chernohorenko, Deputy Minister of Defence for Digital Development.
