The platform Prometheus has launched the online training ‘Defense Procurement: Basic Course’
The online training titled ‘Defense Procurement: Basic Course’ has been made available on the Prometheus platform.
The ‘Defense Procurement: Basic Course’ has been stated today on the Prometheus platform. This course will enable defense procurers to acquire essential skills and knowledge on the procurement processes required for military units during the martial law period.
The lecturers include procurement experts, namely Nelli Stelmakh, Yevhenii Silvestrov, Yurii Popyk, Oleh Blinov, Anastasiia Kovalova, Oleksandr Stepanov, Oleksandr Demianenko, Yurii Kuzko, Dana Yarova, Roman Polishchak, Tetiana Kolisnyk, Oksana Dziavronyk, Nataliia Chernyshchenko, Nina Abaimova.
“This course will serve as a crucial tool for enhancing the qualifications of defense procurement specialists. Each procurement stage should be as efficient and transparent as possible. “We are confident that this initiative will create new opportunities to enhance the quality and speed of procurement for the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which is essential for ensuring the country’s security,” said Deputy Minister of Defence of Ukraine, Dmytro Klimenkov.

System of tests for material mastery evaluation
The discussion will revolve around practical cases that demonstrate the application of the acquired knowledge

The training program was developed by a joint team from the Defence Acquisition Reform Project and the Office for Support of Changes at the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine, in collaboration with the Ministry of Defence, with the support of the NGO ‘Foundation for Support of Reforms in Ukraine,’ under the framework of the support program facilitated by the UK Special Adviser on Defence and funded by the UK government.
