The Ministry of Defence has launched the MoD Partner platform for the digitalization of logistics services acquisition

Minister of Defence of Ukraine Rustem Umerov, with his deputy Dmytro Klimenkov and heads of specialized divisions of the Ministry, introduced a new platform MoD Partner - a digital tool for suppliers of rear service property to the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

In his speech, Rustem Umerov made mention of the enhanced supervision that has been established for the acquisition of goods and services for the Armed Forces since his team's inception. The Defence Ministry, in collaboration with law enforcement agencies, has started taking more decisive actions against violations.

According to the Minister of Defence, the Ministry's further development is aimed at digitalization, which will become a safeguard against violations, ensuring the transparency of processes — starting from when the manufacturer applies to when the military receives the products at the front.

“The top priorities for us in the reform of acquisitions are transparency, competitiveness, and integrity. We are guided by NATO's high standards. I am open to cooperation with all manufacturers who are ready to supply the Ukrainian Army with high-quality products in a timely manner. The enhancement of our combat operations' efficiency relies on a soldier being adequately equipped and provisioned,” Rustem Umerov noted.

Prospective suppliers are welcome to apply to offer their goods or receive prompt and expert answers to their inquiries at https://partner.mod.gov.ua
