The Ministry of Defence has codified a remote controlled weapon station

Міноборони кодифікувало дистанційний модуль ведення вогню

The Ministry of Defence has codified and adopted the Ukrainian-made remote-controlled weapon station, named Pernach, for use by the Defence Forces.

A 7.62 mm machine gun and a control unit with battery and camera are mounted on the Pernach’s turret.

The station is operated remotely by an operator from a protected shelter, using the remote control and FPV goggles that relay the video feed from the camera.

Manufacturers and designers of weapons and military equipment are encouraged to contact the Main Department of Support for the Lifecycle of Weapons and Military Equipment via email for further inquiries regarding the codification process: [email protected].
