The Ministry of Defence has adopted the Hromylo unmanned aerial system

Безпілотний авіаційний комплекс «Громило» українського виробництва

The Ministry of Defence has codified and adopted the domestically produced Hromylo unmanned aerial system for deployment within the units of the Defence Forces of Ukraine. This was reported by the MoD’s Main Directorate for Support of the Life Cycle of Weapons and Military Equipment.

The system can be employed, in particular, to target enemy personnel, combat equipment, and field fortifications. The FPV drones of the Hromylo system feature a frame constructed from composite materials. The drones are equipped with relatively powerful engines, enabling them to carry a combat payload over a significant distance. The system is operational both during the day and at night. Moreover, the aerial vehicles of the system are minimally susceptible to enemy electronic warfare.

A reminder to defense equipment manufacturers: helpful information on the procedure for codifying new models of weapons and military equipment is available here.
