Service members submitted a total of 1 million electronic reports through the Army+ app

A total of 1 million electronic reports have already been submitted via the Army+ app. 

“We continue to enhance digital services to make it easier for service members to obtain leave, certificates, or payments, and to make these processes faster and more convenient,” said Minister of Defence of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal.

Almost half of all reports through the Army+ app were submitted by the Ground Forces, followed by the Air Assault Forces, the Navy, the Territorial Defence Forces, and the Special Operations Forces. 

The most frequently submitted types of reports:

• Annual leave: 27.1% of all reports;
• Health improvement: 22%;
• Change of duty station within AFU: 17.3%;
• Service record certificate (Form 5): 10.1%;
• Return from leave or temporary duty assignment: 2.7%.

‘Electronic Reports’ is among the first services introduced in the Army+ app, helping service members resolve administrative matters quickly, free from bureaucratic delays and paperwork.
