With the collaboration of the Lobby X employment platform, the service offers the most comprehensive list of open positions in the Defence Forces, surpassing 5,000 and expanding daily.

Reserve+ app's recruitment functionality is designed to help users identify roles most suitable for them based on their experience and preferences. When searching for a vacancy, users must complete a short questionnaire, such as indicating whether they have completed training in one of the military fields or which area they are most skilled in.

The app’s service describes the open positions, including information about the brigades, their command, achievements, and media coverage. The vacancy selection process is also user-friendly. With an intuitive interface, decision-making can be done swiftly. To do so, you will need to click the "plus" button to keep the offer for later consideration or click the "minus" button to dismiss it.
