New unmanned aerial systems will enhance the capabilities of our Defence Forces’ units

The Ministry of Defence has codified and adopted the domestically produced U13 і U15 unmanned aerial systems (UAS) for deployment within the units of the Defence Forces of Ukraine. This was reported by the MoD’s Main Directorate for Support of the Life Cycle of Weapons and Military Equipment.
The drones in these systems are designed to eliminate enemy fortified fire positions, armored vehicles, and personnel. The U13 and U15 FPV drones differ in frame size and payload capacity.
The drones are equipped with powerful electric motors. The "birdies" of these systems are highly resistant to enemy electronic countermeasures and can be deployed in various weather conditions.
A reminder to defense equipment manufacturers: helpful information on the procedure for codifying new models of weapons and military equipment is available here.
