Nearly half of service members want discounts on fuel and EV charging in ‘Pluses,’ according to the survey results in Army+

The survey on the development of the 'Pluses' National Support Program for Service Members has concluded in the Army+ app. The survey lasted for two weeks, with a record 43,000 users participating.

Thanks to the survey, the priority categories in the program for service members were identified. These include:

  • Fuel and EV charging (44%)
  • Healthcare services, including pharmacies and medical centers (41%)
  • Transportation services, including buses, trains, and taxis (38%)
  • Sports, fitness, and wellness (35%)
  • Mobile network operators (34%)

“Changes in the ecosystem for service members are not possible without the involvement of service members. This is why we sought input on the ‘Pluses,’ as the program directly impacts them. We received insightful feedback, which we are already using to enhance the service, ensuring it meets the majority of the defenders' needs,” said Kateryna Chernohorenko, Deputy Minister of Defence for Digital Development.

The Deputy Minister mentioned that discussions with other fuel station networks are ongoing, as they represent the most frequently used category. She also noted that the first mobile network operator with an exclusive offer for the military will soon be available in the ‘Pluses.’

To recap, the ‘Pluses’ National Support Program for Service Members was launched in December 2024. The Program aims to unite large businesses and offer defenders special deals on goods and services. Within three months, the Army+ app’s offers have been used 530,000 times, resulting in savings of UAH 40 million. The first companies to join the Program were Ukrzaliznytsia, offering railway tickets from a special reserve; the logistics company Nova Poshta, providing delivery to frontline branches just for 1 UAH; and Urknafta, WOG, and OKKO fuel station networks, offering discounts on fuel, café menu, and market items.
