MoD certified the first seven schools for ground robotic system operators
Seven private schools for ground robotic system operators have been certified by the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine. These are the first results of the reform aimed at opening the training market for ground robotic system operators. The reform was initiated by the Ministry of Digital Transformation and the Ministry of Defence.
The following schools have been certified:
- SS KODAK TRAINING
- Sky Spies UA
- “KRUK” Center
- Dignitas Fund
- “Boryviter” Military School
- “DOVZHYK” Aerial Reconnaissance School
- “Ghosts of Ukraine” Training Centre
Ground robotic systems help save the lives of our service members by performing the most dangerous missions instead of people. Robotic platforms carry supplies at the line of contact, evacuate casualties, conduct mining tasks, and attack enemy positions.
Going forward, private schools will be authorized to issue operator certificates to their graduates. By the end of this year, the state will finance training at certified schools for thousands of service members, helping scale up the use of ground robotic systems on the battlefield.
