Manufacturers have already been granted 30 licenses to use Ministry of Defence technologies developed by the military

During the fourth quarter of 2025, the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine granted manufacturers 30 licenses to use technologies developed by the military within the Ministry of Defence framework.

“The best solutions developed directly within the Ukrainian military should be scaled rapidly and applied in support of our defenders,” emphasized Denys Shmyhal, Minister of Defence of Ukraine. 

Within the experimental project, technologies are already available in three areas: 

• electronic intelligence;
• Countering Shahed-type UAVs;
• Guided weapons with automatic target acquisition and guidance. 

The first weapon systems manufactured under the granted licenses are already being delivered to the Defence Forces of Ukraine.
