Kateryna Chernohorenko: The feature for re-verifying data has been launched in Reserve+
The Reserve+ app has introduced a new feature for individuals liable for military service: the data re-verification process. The feature is already included in the latest update available on the Play Market and App Store.
Thanks to data re-verification, users will be able to update their personal information in the Oberih registry, including phone number, email, and residential address.
“The law requires Ukrainians to notify enlistment office within a week whenever there are changes to their data, such as their residential address or phone number. This simple task used to take a lot of time, as it involved standing in line for several hours. With this feature, we will save time for both citizens and enlistment offices personnel,” said Kateryna Chernohorenko, Deputy Minister of Defence for Digital Development.
The Deputy Minister added that the data can be updated unlimited times, but no more frequently than once every 7 days.
The Reserve+ app for individuals liable for military service was launched in mid-May. The first service introduced within the app was data verification, which was developed in accordance with the new mobilization rules. Over 3 million Ukrainians have used it in the two months since its launch.
