In July, 8 new ground robotic systems were authorized for operational use

In July 2025, the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine codified and authorized for operational use in the Defence Forces 8 new ground robotic systems. All of them are Ukrainian-made.
This was reported by the MoD’s Main Directorate for Support of the Life Cycle of Weapons and Military Equipment.
Most of the ground robotic systems authorized for operational use in July are capable of performing logistical and special tasks, as well as evacuating the wounded. Among the new systems in July, are also universal multifunctional platforms. Ukrainian ground robots are designed on tracked or wheeled chassis, equipped with modern communication and video transmission systems. They operate in various weather conditions and are capable of covering long distances.
Since the beginning of 2025, the Ministry of Defence has codified and authorized for operational use a total of 40 ground robotic systems, all of them Ukrainian-made. Last year, nearly 60 ground robotic systems were authorized for operational use, and the year before – 13.
