In January, the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine ranked first among the Defence Forces in adopting electronic reports via the Army+ app. Last month, 100 units of this branch of the Armed Forces of Ukraine submitted and processed at least one report for the first time.
“The Ground Forces have shown a marked increase in the frequency and active use of electronic reports. The number of these reports is increasing every day. This is undoubtedly encouraging and proves that Army+ was the right and essential initiative, transitioning away from paper-based and inconvenient practices towards digital and comprehensible solutions,” said Kateryna Chernohorenko, Deputy Minister of Defence for Digital Development.
The Operational Command "West" of the Ukrainian Ground Forces took the lead in the Armed Forces of Ukraine with over 12,500 reports submitted. 100% of the military units in this Command are processing reports via Army+.
Top five brigades in the Ground Forces by the number of fully processed reports:
23rd Separate Mechanized Brigade (1,347 reports);
44th Separate Artillery Brigade "Hetman Danylo Apostol” (1,113 reports);
15th Separate Artillery Reconnaissance Brigade "Black Forest” (1,073 reports);
159th Separate Mechanized Brigade (692 reports);
47th Separate Artillery Brigade (677 reports).
It is worth noting that electronic reports were the first service launched in the Army+ app. Currently, 19 types of reports are available, which can be submitted in 5 minutes and approved by commanders via ArmyID. Since the service's launch, defenders have submitted 150,000 reports, with 65,000 receiving full approval — that is almost every second one. The most frequently submitted types of reports: 36% for health recovery, 33% for annual leave, and 17% for obtaining a military service record (F5 Form).
