Important information for ammunition manufacturers!

New ammunition models (including UAV ammunition) are codified and adopted in accordance with the requirements of Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Resolution No. 763, dated 21 July 2023, “On the Implementation of a Pilot Project for the Production, Procurement, and Supply of Ammunition,” as amended by Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 155, dated 12 February 2025. 

Taking these requirements into account, specialists from the Main Directorate for the Lifecycle Support of Weapons and Military Equipment have developed a step-by-step algorithm outlining the stages and sequence of work that ammunition manufacturers must complete on their own, in coordination with relevant specialists from the Ministry of Defence. Templates of the necessary documents for codifying new ammunition have also been prepared.
