Five new countries have joined the Electronic Warfare Coalition

During the 28th meeting of the Ukraine Defense Contact Group (UDCG) in the ‘Ramstein’ format, Belgium, Sweden, Italy, Türkiye, and Estonia officially joined the international Electronic Warfare (EW) Coalition. The new participants signed the relevant addendum to the Letter of Intent.
The EW Coalition was established in April 2025 at the initiative of Ukraine, Germany, and eight other partner countries. Germany leads the Coalition, coordinating efforts and establishing a financial mechanism for procuring EW equipment and services to ensure the rapid delivery to the Armed Forces of Ukraine as part of international military assistance.
“Electronic warfare is one of the key capabilities in modern warfare, enabling forces to destroy, jam, and stay one step ahead of the enemy. “We expect new partners to join this coalition soon,” said Ukraine’s Minister of Defence, Rustem Umerov.
The Minister of Defence also expressed sincere gratitude to Germany for its leadership and consistent efforts within the framework of the initiative.
“A strong coalition means a stronger Ukraine and Europe,” the Minister emphasized.
