First 100,000 FPV drones delivered to Ukrainian military through the DOT-Chain Defence procurement platform

In less than four months of DOT-Chain Defence’s operation, more than 100,000 FPV drones have been delivered to the military through this IT system, nearly one-third of which are fiber-optic-controlled. With the platform functioning as a marketplace, units independently select the assets that most accurately align with their needs.
Payments and all bureaucratic procedures — from contract conclusion to logistics control — are managed by the Ministry of Defence’s Defence Procurement Agency (DPA). As a result, the average delivery time for FPV drones through DOT-Chain Defence is 7 days.
Currently, the marketplace offers over 180 FPV drone models produced by 40 companies. Furthermore, the system features strike copter drones, fixed-wing drones, anti-radar and EW tools, and ground robotic systems. The Defence Procurement Agency is consistently broadening the range of available products and bringing new manufacturers into the system.
Currently, 180 brigades of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and two corps of the National Guard of Ukraine have access to the system. The system is also used to provide all Defence Forces with equipment under the ‘Army of Drones Bonus’ program.
Reference information: The DOT-Chain Defence marketplace of Ukraine’s Ministry of Defence is used to provide military units with the required weaponry. The system brings together brigades, manufacturers, and the Defence Procurement Agency (DPA) into a unified, secure environment. This enables the military to receive the necessary equipment in just a few clicks.
The supply of the military through the DOT-Chain Defence is conducted alongside other programs and constitutes an additional channel for drone deliveries.
