Brigades of the ‘Azov’ and ‘Khartiia’ Corps to order strike assets through the DOT-Chain Defence marketplace
The National Guard of Ukraine has designated the units that will join the DOT-Chain Defence marketplace: the 1st NGU Corps ‘Azov’ and the 2nd NGU Corps ‘Khartiia’.
UAH 320 million has been allocated in the NGU’s budget for procurement through the DOT-Chain Defence.
The first phase of rolling out DOT-Chain Defence in the NGU Corps has now been completed, with designated personnel having completed training on the system, including procedures for selecting, approving, and monitoring procurement orders. Brigades will soon be able to begin placing orders directly through the marketplace.
It should be noted that 180 brigades of the Armed Forces of Ukraine already use the DOT-Chain Defence marketplace. The Government recently decided that the National Guard of Ukraine will join the DOT-Chain Defence marketplace. The DOT-Chain Defence platform features FPV drones, ‘bombers’, fixed-wing drones, and electronic warfare (EW) systems from 60 manufacturers.
Further expansion of the product range and the introduction of new functionality are planned to enable more effective provisioning of units with the necessary strike assets.
