Army+ has launched a survey on users' experience with the app

Army+ has initiated a survey regarding user experience with the application. The primary objective is to identify both positive and negative aspects from service members who use the app in their daily duties.

“Meaningful improvements are impossible without user feedback. We are committed to improving the Army+ app to better serve the entire military, so we kindly ask you to share your experience. This will help us improve services and communication,” said Kateryna Chernohorenko, Deputy Minister of Defence for Digital Development.

The survey covers all core Army+ features and consists of 15 questions. Service members can influence the app’s development by sharing their opinions within two weeks, until April 24.

The Army+ app was developed by the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine in collaboration with the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the Center for Scaling Technological Solutions. To date, service members have used the app to:

  • Submit nearly 400,000 reports;
  • Provide 200,000 responses in surveys regarding military reforms;
  • Access the offers in the ‘Pluses’ program 800,000 times;
  • Participate in training courses 100,000 times.

Since the launch of Army+, a total of 11 surveys have been conducted in the app. On average, approximately 20,000 users provide feedback on the issues raised in these surveys. Recent changes resulting from these surveys include a revised strategy for field ration provision in the military and the appointment of a new Head of the Hetman Petro Sahaidachnyi National Army Academy.
