We continue to develop an ecosystem that enables military personnel to exercise their rights quickly and efficiently. For instance, a report for discharge on health-related reasons is among the most frequently submitted in the army. In the paper version, submitting a report takes time, including writing the report by hand, gathering all necessary documents, and making copies. We have digitized this process, making it straightforward and as user-friendly as possible,” said Kateryna Chernohorenko, Deputy Minister of Defence for Digital Development.
To recap, the report functionality in the Army+ app was launched in August 2024. With the addition of the new reports, the total number of report types has increased to 26. During this period, a total of 330,000 reports were fully processed. The most popular of these are for health recovery (32%), for change of duty station (22%), and for annual leave (21%).
