A new survey on electronic reports has been launched in the Army+ app
A new survey has been launched in the Army+ app. It focuses on electronic reports and user experience with them. The Ministry of Defence aims to determine how convenient the reports are for users, what can be improved or added to the existing functionality, and whether there are any obstacles to using them.
The survey will be available for two weeks — from 1 to 14 July. It only takes a few minutes to complete, but the feedback will help make the electronic report service even more efficient for the Ukrainian military. The questions are structured in separate branches to explore the experiences of both commanders and their subordinates.
“Nearly 600,000 electronic reports have already been processed via Army+. This number proves that the service is a necessary tool for the service. That’s why we are continuing to improve its functionality. To do so, we need your help — your opinion and perspective on the service. The participation of military personnel, as the main users of the ecosystem, is crucial,” said Kateryna Chernohorenko, Deputy Minister of Defence for Digital Development.
Since the launch of Army+, a total of 16 surveys have been conducted. On average, approximately 20,000 users provide feedback on the issues raised in the app. Recent changes resulting from these surveys include the introduction of a multi-signature feature for commanders, a revised strategy for field ration provision in the military, and the appointment of a new Head of the Hetman Petro Sahaidachnyi National Army Academy.
