800,000 electronic reports processed via Army+: which reports are the most popular

Army+ has processed 800,000 electronic reports since this functionality feature was introduced. Since May, the average number of processed reports has increased by 80,000 to 90,000 per month. Between July and August, this figure reached 140,000.

Over the past 4 months, the total number of reports has increased by 60%. By May, the total number of reports processed since the launch of the app stood at 490,000, and by August it had increased to 800,000. The growth dynamics are as follows:

  • May: 490,000
  • June: 580,000 (an increase of 90,000)
  • July: 660,000 (an increase of 80,000)
  • August: 800,000 (an increase of 140,000)

At the top of the list of the five most popular reports was the annual leave report (26%). The remaining report categories were distributed as follows:

  • Health recovery: 24%
  • Change of duty station within AFU: 19%
  • Obtaining a military service record (F5 Form): 10%
  • Taking over a position: 2%

Approval rates exceed 50%, with nearly 60% of reports sanctioned. For rejected reports, clear reasons are provided to allow the service member to resubmit appropriately. The application system records all instances of approvals and rejections.

Thanks to Army+, service members have already saved time processing reports—from finding a template and submitting it to having the document entered into the unit’s Personnel Office. Overall, this represents 8,016 weeks available for rest or professional development.

To recap, electronic reports were among the first services launched in the Army+ app. The rollout took place on August 8, 2024. To date, 42 report types used by 1,500 military units have been converted to digital format.
