In the six months since the launch of the Army+ app, service members have successfully submitted 180,000 electronic reports, with 100,000 already processed by the administrative departments of their units. These reports were primarily related to health improvement and annual leave.
The highest number of reports per unit were processed by the Special Operations Forces, Air Assault Forces, and the State Special Transport Service. On average, each of their integrated units processed the following number of requests:
Special Operations Forces: 329, including 48 reports in the last week;
Air Assault Forces: 304, including 50 reports in the last week;
State Special Transport Service: 257, including 46 reports in the last week.
“Army+ is gradually expanding within the Defence Forces. More and more military personnel are using this app, which helps avoid tedious work, simplifies complicated tasks, and speeds up slow bureaucratic procedures. Leadership plays an important in the implementation of digitalization across all levels. As we can see, the Special Operations Forces, Air Assault Forces, and the State Special Transport Service have already demonstrated outstanding results in this area,” said Kateryna Chernohorenko, Deputy Minister of Defence for Digital Development.
Since August 8, 2024, more than 680,000 military personnel have signed into Army+. The app can only be downloaded from the official Play Market and App Store platforms, as well as the official website: https://aplus.mod.gov.ua/.
