Kateryna Chernohorenko: 1100 electronic reports have already been submitted via the Army+ app

It has been a week since the Army+ application for the military was launched. 123 military units have started using the electronic reporting procedure following the application's introduction that took place on August 8.

“There have been 1100 electronic report submissions through Army+. They possess equivalent legal validity as paper documents. For the first time in the history of Ukraine, one of the most popular documents in the army was submitted not in a few days, but in a few minutes,” said Kateryna Chernohorenko, Deputy Minister of Defence for Digital Development.

She further mentioned that the digital team at the Ministry of Defence was well-prepared for the implementation challenges:

“Army+ is about changes, which can frequently evoke fear or reluctance. And we prepared for that. We have a plan to assist in the substitution of paperwork with digital solutions within the armed forces.”

Army+ has a separate focus area that helps military units with the implementation. Our ongoing work involves explaining the utilization of the application and the acquisition of an Army ID within the Electronic Document Management System (СЕДО). There are gatherings and online meetings that clerks and unit commanders get invited to, along with others.

Should you face any difficulties, the Army+ team will work closely with you or your unit to help you navigate the report submission procedure. You are welcome to express your thoughts and ideas on our social media channels on Facebook and Instagram or contact our support team here.
