Webinar for the military: Ordering unmanned systems through the DOT-Chain Defence marketplace
The Department of Procurement of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine and the Defence Procurement Agency (DPA) will hold an informational webinar for authorized procurement personnel of military units on ordering unmanned systems through the DOT-Chain Defence marketplace.
Date and time: 7 November 2025, 11:00 (Kyiv time)
Format: online webinar
DOT-Chain Defence is a marketplace that ensures transparent, fast, and controlled delivery of unmanned systems directly to military units. Through the platform, military units can independently select the required drone models according to their operational needs, while all bureaucratic formalities and payments are handled by the Defence Procurement Agency.
The system has already proven its effectiveness – delivery times have been reduced more than fivefold, and the supply process has become significantly more streamlined. DOT-Chain Defence continues to expand, encompassing an increasing number of military units and strike assets, thereby enabling the scaling up of a modern digital procurement model in the defense sector.
During the webinar, representatives of the Ministry of Defence and the Defence Procurement Agency will outline the algorithm for ordering drones in DOT-Chain Defence and elaborate on the marketplace's operational features that enhance convenience and transparency for the military.
Detailed information on the webinar was communicated to military units via the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS, or СЕДО in Ukrainian).
