We will endure. We will turn the tide. We will prevail. Evgeniy Khmara extends greetings on the Day of Defenders of Ukraine

Dear defenders of our people!
There is no higher calling than defending your loved ones, your land, your country – and your right to be free in an independent state.
Today, we thank all those who defend. We thank those who hold the front line, hold back the russian onslaught, plan operations on land and on water, gather intelligence, provide logistics and communications, clear mines, evacuate the wounded, and save lives.
We thank all those who defend through technology – from unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), unmanned surface vessels (USVs), and unmanned ground vehicles (UGVs) to electronic warfare (EW) and artificial intelligence (AI) – who master new weapon systems and find solutions where none existed just yesterday. We thank those who defend our skies and carry the war onto enemy territory. And we thank those who are at their positions today for their endurance and strength as they continue their heroic service.
Our warriors are the strongest people in the world. None are more worthy or courageous.
On this day, we also remember our fallen heroes – someone’s sons and daughters, someone’s parents. We remember that we must be worthy of their memory and keep it alive every day – in moments of joy and sorrow. Always.
We do not forget those in russian captivity – our people, and every day we work to bring them home.
We also extend our special thanks to veterans – those who have already served and those who continue to fight for our freedom and our values.
May this day be a day to honor all those who defend Ukraine. And may we show our gratitude through our daily contribution to the victory of the unbreakable Ukrainian people.
We will be strong.
We will be proud.
We will endure. We will turn the tide. We will prevail.
Defenders, all honor and glory to you!
Glory to Ukraine!
