We are starting a beta test of three online mobilization exemptions in Reserve+ — Kateryna Chernohorenko

In November, the Reserve+ app will enable users to apply for an exemption from mobilization online. To ensure everything functions smoothly, the Ministry of Defense is launching a beta test.

“We have already tested the service internally, but now we want to check it with Reserve+ users. We need your feedback and suggestions to know what to improve in the exemption process before the official launch. We want Ukrainians to forget about waiting in lines at the military enlistment offices and collecting paperwork every three months as soon as possible,” stated Deputy Minister of Defense for Digitalization Kateryna Chernohorenko.

The online exemption process will work as follows. In Reserve+, you will need to submit a request. The system will verify if you are eligible for an exemption. If you qualify, this status will be displayed in your electronic military document.

Those eligible to participate in the testing include:

- parents of at least three minors from a single marriage,

- people with disabilities who have a pension certificate,

- students and graduate students pursuing sequential education (e.g., those earning a master's degree after a bachelor's or studying for a Ph.D. after a master’s degree).

Fill out the form at the provided link to join the testing.
