Controlled exports of Ukrainian defense products

The Ministry of Defence is also developing mechanisms for the controlled export of Ukrainian defense products.

The focus must be on the needs of our military, not on sales. We need to clearly understand how many weapons are needed at the front and ensure they are supplied. Only after that can we consider export opportunities. Exports should give Ukrainian manufacturers access to new markets, help them expand production, and generate resources for further investment.
