Ukrainian businesses thank service members: the ‘Pluses’ Program delivers over UAH 500 million in savings in its first year

Exactly one year ago, the Ministry of Defence launched the ‘Pluses’ National Support Program for Service Members in the Army+ application. Since then, the Program has become part of service members’ everyday life, with its offers used nearly 8 million times.

To date, 16 partners have joined the Program, while total savings for service members have surpassed UAH 504 million. The ‘Pluses’ program is used not only by service members; they also actively share offers with family members, with such sharing recorded more than 110,000 times.

Detailed results of the ‘Pluses’ Program are presented in the annual report available on the Program’s page.

The Program brings together the government and businesses around special offers in areas most in demand among service members, including transportation, fuel, logistics, gear, food, healthcare, recreation, and more.

The ‘Pluses’ National Support Program for Service Members was officially launched on December 24, 2024. The available opportunities can be accessed through the Army+ mobile application, developed by service members of the Armed Forces of Ukraine’s Center for Scaling Technological Solutions. The service is designed so that engagement with partners is automated and transparent, without the transfer of personal data.

In 2026, the Ministry of Defence plans to expand the Program by engaging new categories of businesses, ranging from small and medium-sized enterprises to large national and international companies. The focus is on scalable services that meet the real needs of service members and their families, as well as on developing analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
