Ukraine and Spain explored avenues for cooperation on unmanned aerial capabilities

During a visit to Brussels, Ukrainian Defence Minister Rustem Umerov held a meeting with Spanish Defence Minister Margarita Robles.

The parties discussed industrial cooperation, including joint projects focused on unmanned systems. 

“This is a win-win: partners strengthen their industrial base, while Ukraine gains access to more advanced solutions for its defense,” said the Ukrainian Minister of Defence.

Rustem Umerov expressed his gratitude to Ms. Robles for Spain’s steadfast support of Ukraine and commitment to further developing and strengthening cooperation.
